How did you come up with the need for the MES system?
The need for an MES system arose to make production processes more efficient and manageable. The production processes in our business have become increasingly complex. As product variety increases and demands become more specialized, production planning and tracking have become more difficult. Manual processes and paper-based recording systems have become inadequate and have begun to lead to errors.
What was your aim when you started the project with the CoralReef MES system?
We started with the CoralReef MES system with the aim of better planning, tracking and managing production steps. Our second goal was to collect, analyze and report production data.

When choosing the CoralReef MES solution, the most important thing we took into consideration was that the program had previous successful applications and references in the textile industry.

We will have projects such as industry 4.0 technologies and big data analysis to make production processes smarter and more automated.
