About CNK Aviation

CNK Aviation was founded in 2004 to develop Post-Processor software used in multi-axis part processing technologies. Then, in 2007, it expanded its field of activity and entered the manufacturing sector by gaining complex, precision part processing capability for AB139 / Boeing 737 and A320 aircraft. CNK recorded its development by investing in equipment and human resources in line with its strategic planning in parallel with the growing market needs. CNK Aviation is a JSF industrial company approved by the Turkish and American governments.

Based on the fact that the most important weapon in today's national and international competitive world is speed and quality, we have a structure that produces fast and high-quality solutions in all our operations and grows and develops rapidly in this direction. We have been producing high technology since 2007. We know that another component of high-tech production is the high-tech equipment, tools, machinery and measuring instruments. We are also making our investments in this direction. At this point, we started using the CoralReef Production Management and Control System to ensure the traceability of our production and to benefit from this information in the business development process as decision support information. Before the project, analyzing and reporting the information collected from production on paper and Excel was taking too much time. We might even have to be present in the field to follow the production in the field instantly. Since we could not get real and instant data, we were also late in carrying out activities to increase production efficiency. These factors and the provision of backward traceability on paper revealed that we needed a production tracking management system.
Purpose of the Project
To ensure that production and quality documents are tracked through the system, and that revisions are tracked systematically.
To ensure that production traceability, performance and efficiency are tracked.
To ensure that instantaneous traceability of production in the field is ensured, that data accumulated at a single point can be quickly reported, and that the time spent on preparing reports is reduced.
To facilitate stock movements and tracking.
To create quality documents in a single environment and to create an environment that users can access within their authorizations.
Why İletişim Yazılım?
In the search for MES and BPM, it was decided to work with İletişim Yazılım due to its compatibility with the ERP used, its previous experience in establishing integration with the ERP used and its being a local software.
Project Results and Evaluations
CoralReef programı ile sağlanan kazanımlar;
- Sahadaki üretimin anlık olarak izlenebilirliği,
- Lot ve seri bazında ürün takibinin sistem üzerinden takip edilmesi,
- Operasyon bazında talimatlar hazırlanarak, iş emri ve imalat planının sistem üzerinde oluşturulması,
- Sevkiyat ve depolar arası transfer barkod okutularak yapılmıştır. Böylelikle kullanıcı hatasının en aza indirilmesi,
- Sipariş ilişkili üretim emri açılarak siparişe bağlı üretimlerin sistem üzerinden izlenebilirliği,
- Makine programlama ile iş istasyonlarının doluluk durumlarının izlenebilmesi,
- Duruşlar analiz edilerek, gerekli iyileştirmelerin yapılması aşamasında karar destek bilgisinin alınması,
- ERP programı ile tam entegrasyon ile stok durumunun anlık olarak takip edilebilmesi,
- Saha içerisindeki gerçek veriler ile sistem üzerinden, makine, vardiya ve tarih bazında üretim raporlarının alınması,
- Giriş kalite kontrol ile irsaliye bazında stok yüzey kalitesi, hatalı stok ölçüsü vb. kontrollerin kayıt altına alınması sağlanmıştır.
ManageMind programı ile sağlanan kazanımlar (bazı örnek çalışmalar);
- Kalite dokümanlarının ve doküman revizyonlarının sistem üzerinden oluşturulması ve dağıtımı,
- Uygunsuzluk ve düzeltici faaliyetlerin takibi,
- Toplantı tutanaklarının sistem üzerinden takibi,
- Cihaz kalibrasyonlarının sistem üzerinden takibi, kalibrasyonu yaklaşan cihazlar için mail ile bilgilendirme yapılması,
- Yıllık eğitim planları, eğitim katılım ve değerlendirmelerinin takibi,
- Risk Yönetiminin ManageMind da takibi sağlanmıştır.
Önemli nokta ise ManageMind da kurgulanan yapıların tamamen CNK proje ekibi tarafından kurgulanmış olmasıdır.
