About Orsan OPS
Since 2007, it has started to take part in the aviation and defense industry sector, primarily TAI TUSAŞ, and in the automotive sector since 2011, by producing 65% of a domestic racing car project in its own facilities.
It continues its R&D and production processes in its facility located in the Istanbul Thrace Free Zone, which started operating in 2015. The company provides services with its approximately 70 qualified staff and years of experience in all processes from R&D to mass production in the branches in which it operates.

Project Purpose
Ensuring efficiency tracking and traceability in production, ensuring that the order can be tracked from the desk without going to the field.
Fulfilling the requirements of Quality Management Systems; ensuring that the quality of the process, product and production is increased.
Reducing the time spent on reporting data in Excel and Word documents, preventing the repetitive preparation of reports.

Why İletişim Yazılım?
As a result of the discussions held during the MES and BPM search process; it was decided to proceed with CoralReef and ManageMind programs, considering that İletişim Yazılım's references and experiences from previous projects would be useful in managing our processes. In addition, the fact that the products were domestic software was one of the reasons that affected this decision.
Purpose of the Project
The ManageMind project has been completed and the necessary arrangements and setups are being created by the Orsan OPS team.
The CoralReef project commissioning efforts are ongoing.
Project Results and Evaluations
- Processes designed via ManageMind; data entry, control and approval processes are managed more easily with program guidance and warning alert opportunities.
- Approval processes that were previously carried out on paper and difficult to manage are designed via ManageMind, thus speeding up the completion of processes, reporting in short periods and preventing paper waste, thus reducing the use of natural resources.
- By carrying out quality processes within the system, fast access to necessary data and easy reporting opportunities are provided, and quality audits are always ready.
- Since the processes related to process improvements or changes are carried out by the Orsan OPS ManageMind Project Team, changes can be put into practice quickly and external dependency is reduced.
- With the arrangements made in the CoralReef project, traceability, tracking of material movements, management of entry and final quality controls, instant access to stock data, mold usage and mold life tracking management are provided.
- With the user-friendly designs provided on the CoralReef operator screens, operators are able to perform their operations in a simple way.
