At this year’s event, many important topics were addressed, including a review of 2024, the determination of 2025 goals, corporate social responsibility projects, and seniority awards. At the same time, the team spirit was further strengthened through fun and interactive activities.
As part of the event, a comprehensive evaluation of 2024 was conducted and strategic objectives for 2025 were defined. Through team workshops, participants had the opportunity to revisit and reshape the company’s vision and core values. While new steps were taken toward corporate social responsibility initiatives, our mission to contribute to society and the environment was further reinforced.
In addition, our colleagues who have contributed to İletişim Yazılım for many years were honored with seniority awards. Thanks to the games, competitions, and interactive activities organized throughout the event, team spirit was strengthened, and participants both learned and enjoyed memorable moments.
