With this award, we not only attained a major achievement but also became the first company in the software and digital transformation sector to receive this prestigious recognition, marking a significant milestone for the industry.
During the comprehensive evaluation process conducted under the EFQM Excellence Model, our strategic management approach, digital transformation practices, strong emphasis on employee engagement, customer-oriented service mindset, and projects contributing to society stood out as key strengths. Receiving the Grand Award with a record score in our very first year of application is the clearest indication that we go beyond viewing quality as a statement and instead place it at the very core of our corporate culture. Our management philosophy, which integrates continuous improvement into all processes, formed the foundation of this success.
