As İletişim Yazılım, we organized a two-day event in Eskişehir with our valuable teammates to celebrate our 30th anniversary. On the first day, we came together as a team at Ramada Plaza to talk about the meaning and importance of our 30th anniversary. We started with the opening speech of our Chairman of the Board Tuncer Hatunoğlu and continued with the speech of our General Manager Selçuk Şen about İletişim Yazılım's 30th anniversary. Then, we left the floor to our Project Manager İlker Bayramoğlu to announce the İletişim Akademi studies, which will be one of the developments in 2024.
Thus, we completed the speech sections and moved on to the "İletişim Yazılım's Bests" section, the results of which we determined through a survey as a team before the event. In this section, we presented the awards such as "Best Leader, Best Mentor, Most Innovative Project, Best Team Player, Most Efficient Department, Most Punctual Employee, Best Office Therapist, Best New Product/Development, Best Suggestion, Best Innovator and Most Humorous Employee" to their owners. Afterwards, we cut our 30th anniversary cake and took our family photo, and our meeting was completed.
We continued our event with dinner and had a fun-filled evening. The next day, we visited the famous museums of Eskişehir, the Revolution Cars Museum and the Wax Museum, and took a short tour. Afterwards, we set off for Bursa.
