Alka Group Production Planning and ERP Manager Ömer Bahadır Öztürk, who managed to increase their efficiency with the CoralReef Production Management and Control System, provided information about the pre-project and post-project situation. Öztürk, who stated that production processes were carried out manually before the project and that the dynamics in production were very difficult to follow, stated that the key words were traceability and efficiency. Öztürk said; “Thanks to CoralReef, we can now monitor every stage of our production instantly and intervene immediately in case of an adverse situation.
